Japan asks Termination of Google Street View Service

A number of lawyers and professors in Japan ask Google to terminate Google Street View service, as assessed violate people’s privacy. As we know, Google Street View is a feature of Google Maps introduced since 2007 and provides 360 degree views of streets and allow users to see the city activities and the surrounding metropolitan area on primary level.
Currently, Google Street view is able to display 12 views of the city streets in Japan, 50 cities in the United States, and several other cities in Europe and is considered to have violated the rights of the people. By Yasuhiko Tajima, which is also the chairman of the Campaign Against Surveillance Society demands to Google stop the service and remove all the images recorded from Google Street View.
